Our monthly meeting of Yankton County Democrats will be held on Monday, April 10th, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in the Quiet Room at the Yankton Community Library.

This month we will elect officers for District 18. We will also hear from Jennifer Slaight-Hansen of Aberdeen who is the newly elected chair to the South Dakota State Democratic Party. “I was honored to be elected as the leader of the Democratic Party here in South Dakota. Democratic politics in this state is a challenging job. I know many of us feel ignored and looked down upon. Our voices are valuable and deserve to be heard. I intend to make that happen.”

All are welcome to attend and participate in our monthly meeting, which occur on the second Monday of every month at 5:30 pm.
